From start to finish no detail missed. We chose the Seychelles as a very special place for our two weeks honeymoon and spent the last days in villa Cove where we enjoyed hours overlooking the beautiful views and listening to the waves.  We loved the kayak tours around the islands every day, especially Moyenne as well as the snorkeling within the colourful fish variety.  

Very special moments:

1. When we saw the Southern Cross at 3:15am from our room and veranda.

2. Beautiful sunrise on our last day to wake us up.

Wonderful - it's our 5th time here and we are yet to be disappointed.  Michel & Christine do their utmost to make us feel at home here.  They're one of the reasons we keep coming back.  SPV is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Cove is our favourite villa and we cherish the beautiful sunrises from our deck every morning.  Snorkeling was especially good this year as we noticed a great improvement in the regrowth of coral.  We used the kayaks frequently but they need repairs.  Special thanks to Michel and Christine for a wonderful and delicious dinner on the last night of our 3 week stay.

We are sad to leave but look forward to next time :)

After having spent some time on Praslin and La Digue before, where we explored the surroundings and did quite some sightseeing, we came to a fullstop here at South Point Villas.  It turned out to be a "perfect flipside" to our trip as we quickly embraced the tranquility and exclusivity of the place.

Talking away from sunrise to bedtime in complete relaxation, swimming in the channel between the islands or taking a kayak for a break, doing nothing than looking at the waves for minutes, hours...

This was our last stay of our two weeks on the Seychelles and it was just perfect!! Michel and his team ensured that we had a wonderful and relaxing time here.  Even though Christine was on leave, she prepared dinner for us (mixed salad and chicken curry w ith safron rise - very delicious) in advance for our first evening.  Michel has been exceedingly helpful all of the time, giving us great tips for snorkeling, doing purchases for us on Mahe and even preparing fish for us to grill.  The view of the villa is breathtaking (directly at the shoreline!). Cerf Island is great for snorkeling and the kayaks which are freely available can be used in order to explore the nearby islands (eg Moyenne).

It's so peaceful.

A lovely place that's tranquil and calm.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot, with the amazing view from Cove Villa, hearing just the waves and the biard, snorkeling and kayaking around the island and enjoying the plunge pool.  Michel and Christine were very kind, helpful and responsive, Michel even went grocery shopping for us on the main island and provided late transfer by boat the day of our wedding.  We can only recommend this place and would love to come back very soon!

A fabulous stay in paradise aka South Point VIllas.  Cove was perfect, very private, clean, such soft bed linen and towels and beautifully maintained by Christine.  MIchel and Christine made us feel so very welcome and were on hand for anything we needed.  Christine made us a delicious meal and Michel was fantastic and so helpful.  We visisted MOyenne, ROund and Long Islands by kayak - so stunning.

It was only eleven months ago that we were at this wonderful place.  This time we took a break for a whole week.  Break from the hustle and bustle, people, hectic and stress.  It was just fantastic, after a few hours, here in this place, we felt relaxed and free.  The only decisions that had to be made:

Do I go to the pool / do I read or do I go snorkelling and look at the aquarium directly at the jetty?

We come from Praslin and La Digue and were little bit shocked about this tourism and then arrived to this wonderful island Cerf.  We were surprised about the privacy.  We enjoyed the little pool and had a lot of fun.  We refreshed our experiences and it was very funny.  We like the marvelous view and sitting on the beautiful terrace.

South Point Villas are like an old Ella Fitzgerald song "too marvelous for words".  There are no words to describe the colours of the sea, the singing birds around the house, multi-coloured fishes in the lagoon or the feeling of peace and paradise sitting on the veranda watching the scenery.

Our endeavour to find paradise has ended!

What a fabulous place to spend a week.  Total and utter rest & relaxation.  The marine park is stunning and spent most of the week kayaking and snorkeling.  Look out for the baby reef shark.  A huge thank you to Michel & Christine.  You were the best.  Christine your cooking was delicious.  We don't often revisit places but we will be back.

We had an incredible week here at Cove, and not only because we got married! For the last week, we have been living in a dream of tripical paradise.  Exept it wasn't a dream.  Cove has been the most perfect place to completely unwind and de-stress ahead of our big day.  We really felt like we were the only ones at the island at times.  Days spent reading, paddling - kayaking, and watching the incredible wildlife.  Michel and Christine went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and yesterday they surpassed all expectations.  Not only did they help us with all the logistics in getting to our ceremony on the mainland, they also organised the most incredible, romantic sunset dinner for us on a beach close by.  They thought of everything.  Christine is an incredible cook and we can't thank them enough for their contribution in making our wedding day the most special and memorable day of our lives.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

After a busy summer, we were searching for three days of privacy, tanquility, great ocean views combined with a little luxury.  We found it all and more at South Point Villas.  From the moment Michel met us at Eden Harbour, the welcome with cooling towels from Christine and the revelation of the stunning location of Cove Villa, made us realise we were in for a special weekend.  Christine's food is superb in taste, style and presentation.  Nothing was too much trouble and we say farewell with happy memories of a stunning weekend.

This is probably the best honeymoon - location there is.  We were absolutely blown away by its beauty.  Inside and out.  Having never been to the Seychelles before, we didn't know what to expect but everything we expected of was surpassed by South Point Villas.  Michel is the perfect host and Christine cooked a fantastic first meal (thank you to both!).  We went kayaking and snorkelling and simply relaxed on the deck.  I hope to come back one day to stay longer as it is one of the most relaxing experiences I ever had.  We will cherish this place for a long time.

What a fabulour place to stay!  The Villa is well-designed with all mod-cons you might want on a quiet island.  We loved watching all sorts of weather from our veranda with breath taking views, enjoyed kayaking around the island and exploring deserted beaches and loved discovering the marine life right on our doorstep.  The pool is a wonderful bonus.  Thans so much to Michel and the team for a warm welcome and for making our stay very comfortable.

Our own little private hideout on the end of a tropical island in a marine conservation area, with stunning views, our own mini-pool and a sense of total privacy.  We love this Villa as well.  The bedroom and bathroom are VERY nice and the living/kitchen area has all we need.  The large sofar is comfy and the kitchen is ideal for the two of us.  Michel and staff here are lovely and warm and helpful.

What a perfect way to commence ourselves in a two week holiday.

What a wonderful place!

We stayed in Cove Villa for the last 3 nights of our honeymoon.  This is a true paradise.  The villa with the private veranda and swimming pool is a true gem.  We loved stayed here.  We felt really close to the beautiful Seychelles nature.  We loved the snorkeling spot at the jetty with "Doby the little shark."

We had planned to take a trip to paradise and paradise we have found.  What an amazing place to spend our holiday.  Villa Cove is very private and the view from the deck of the villa or from the swimming pool is insane.

We loved snorkelling and pretending we were the only one at the island (and sometimes we really were).  The variety of fish is incredible and our absolute favourite was the little shark.

This is our first visit to the Seychelles and we are delighted to have come to South Point.  Great location views and hospitality, especially from Michel who was wonderfully thoughtful and helpful throughout.

Cerf is the perfect place to relax, and as a jump off point for visiting other islands.  We took a day trip to Praslin and La Digue, but it was Cerf itself we loved most.  Kayaking to Moyenne, which was really great, snorkeling nearby.  Waking up to the waves, were all happy experiences and memories we will cherish.

We are back for our 3rd visit to South Point Villas.  Again, we were lucky to get our favourite Villa, "The Cove".  The weather during this visit was incredible with virtually only 3 hrs of rain during our 2 week stay.  The marine life, the climate, the fauna and the people live up to our expectations and more.  The nearby snorkeling is great.  We saw turtles, stingrays, sharks, squids and loads of colorful tropical fish.  The kayaks are great and necessary assets which we used practically every day.  We wish, however, that SPV would invest in more modern and lightweight kayaks.  Michel and Christina are starting to feel like family to us.  All in all, SPV has found a special place in our hearts.  We will defnitely be back.

Celebrating Christmas away from 4 degress in Norway turned out to be a wonderful idea.

Our family of five stayed in two cottages, but we mainly used Cove during the days.  Having breakfast and dinner at the porch with a magnificent view and company of the little prange sparrow was really nice.

During the week we have been kayaking, snorkeling and surfing the waves.  We have seen shark (small one), tortoises, sting rays and fish in all colours - breaktaking - and the best snorkeling was just outside the hut.  We would also like to recommend the breach at Round, including lunch at Jolly Roger Bar at Ille Moyenne.  Thanks to Michel for all the help and logistics and thanks to Christine for the lovely food.

Spending a week in this incredible villa with this stunning view over the ocean was the most relaxing one which we have ever done.  This is the perfect place to recharge the batteries of life.  Waking up with a beautiful sunrise, enjoy breakfast on the balcony with birds and the little lizzards which were thankful for our fruits, snorkeling and kayaking are only some of the activities we could enjoy here.  We g ot the impression to be the only two on this island but at the same time all our urges were satisfied through the perfect service of Michel and his crew.

We have seen just alot of islands like Hawaii and the island of the Mediterranean Sea, but we can say that you get nowhere else a better island feeling than at this place.

My wife Pashayanti and I were looking forward to spend our last leg of honeymoon in this villa.  We were pleasantly surprised to find the place even more beautiful.  Waking up to the waves was incredible.  View from villa was breathtaking.  We sit in the balcony for hours listening to the waves.  Everything in the villa was tastefully decorated.  We did kayaking to the other side of the island and the experience was great.  The hosts are really helpful and were accomodative of our needs.  Thanks for that.  Food on first day was yummy.  The place is very peaceful and no less than a paradise.  We will surely be back.

This was our first stay at the Seychelles.  When we arrived we couldn't believe where we came to.  Paradise.  This is the most beautiful place we have ever been to.  So quiet and peaceful living in the most amazing nature we could have imagine.  The view from the veranda is just breathtaking and the sound of the ocean keeps you coming down.  We couldn't imagine that a place like this exists but this is the truth.  Chrstine prepared a wonderful meal for us that we really enjoyed much.  Michel is one of the best prepared guys for any special cases.  Christine and Michel were taking care of us so well that we are very thankful for that.  They make this place every more lovely.  Thank you for that.  It is now very hard for us to travel on because what we get at Villa Cove was more than we ever expected.

We have just had the most relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable week here at South Point.  It is so refreshing to experience genuine hospitality, Michel and Christina took the time to share their beautiful Seychelles - from talking politics to harvesting our own coconut milk to learn how to make Creole curry - it really was the most memorable stay.

The place is totally unique and has real character but also provides you with the privacy you sometimes need to unwind and rest at your own pace.

We particularly enjoyed kayaking around the island and spending hours over the edge of the jetty looking at all the colourful fish.

Our stay at South Point Villas was the high point of our visit to the Seychelles.  The luxurious and well appointed villa with complete privacy that overlooks the magnificent ocean view with the soothing sound of whitecaps breaking on the reef ensured a comfortable and relaxing stay.  The complimentary boat transfer, kayaks to explore secluded beaches, welcome meal and breakfast food were greatly appreciated.  The caring staff of Michel, Christine and Mike were amazing, always there if you needed them but never interfering with the feeling of being on your own deserted island in the middle of the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean.

We are already the fourth time in the Seychelles and fell in love with these islands.  We have already seen much of the world but as beautiful as we never stayed.  This outlook and this tranquility is incredible and beautifully.

Wohoooooo!!! Thanks much to Michel, Christine and Christina!

We just spent 4 amazing days for the last part of our Honeymoon and we are so lucky having met such an team!  The stay here was simply amazing, exactly what we where looking for -  a little island where it is so good to chill out and where you can really get some privacy do to the way the villas are built.  Palm Villa is really cute and we felt so well here, everything is cosy, the decoration is so beautiful, the best so comfortable.  We defnitely don't regret having picked up this accommodation.  We had really great time enjoying an private swimming pool and the sun on the long chairs.

After 4 nights on La Digue and 4 nights on Praslin we finished our holiday here in the South Point Villas on Cerf Island.  And here we found the most relaxing atmosphere on our whole trip through the Seychelles.

The villa was incredibly lovely located and the view from our veranda was breath taking.  The reef between the resort and the Cache was the best for snorkeling we have seen on our whole trip.

I visited Mahe, Prasline and La Digue in 1995 and 2005 with my 2008 deceased husband.  Lots of things changed, but not the warmth and kindness of the Seychellois.

One of my derams was, to stay on Cerf Island for a few days.  Now it came true and my new love and I had a wonferful time.  The cosy atmosphere and Michel's smile make South Point Villas incomparable.  We'll mis it!

We spent a couple of very relaxing days in the Villa Cove and we loved it!  We enjoyed watching the sea and the waves while sitting on the terrace - total privacy with nobody else around there.  We also liked the activities we could do here - snorkelling, visiting some of the beaches by kayak, experiencing the animals living here.

To be on South Point Villas on Cerf was one of our best decisions.  This place is so wonderful, the view fantastic a nd the rooms in Cove are beautiful.  Michel was absolut friendly, and he also gave us help and advices at any situations.  He showed us how to grill the red snapper and told us some interested stories about the Seychelles.  Christine cooked all the typical creole meals, mostly fish in different preparations.  So delicious!  Everyone here was so kindness and we felt like at home.  So we will remember for a long time of this amazing abidance.  Thank you all, we want to come back.  Christine, Christina and Michel, take care of you!!!

Cove Villa was the perfect way to spend our last week in the Seychelles.  We have stayed on almost every island in the last few months but Cerf was the best for peace and relaxation.  We have loved sitting on the terrace watching the waves.  This is a perfect location, a neat perfect villa for two.  We swam daily among brightly coloured fish and tried kyaking once finding it much too difficult for us oldies.  Michel and Christine have looked after us well and we thank them.  All we can say is our holiday here was just - you've guessed it 'perfect'!

SIMPLY WONDERFUL

This is the place for wonder hospitality in a perfect location. Michel and Christine are the perfect hosts. Cove Villa itself is large, clean and well provisioned with everything you need, with a large deck overlooking the Indian Ocean. Whilst there is no direct beach access the water around the jetty abounds with sealife, where octopii and rays are easily spotted. Wonderful white sand beaches are only a 5 minute kayak around the corner, or walkable at low tide. The island is only ten minutes by boat from Mahe. There are very few places to which I would return, but this is one.

Having travelled much of the world, I can say with certainty that the accommodation and service are the best in the world.  The effort and attention put into every action was noticed and appreciated greatly.  It made us feel like true royalty!  Michel always made sure we have transportation as well as the best information on things to do.  The meals provided by Christine were worthy of any fancy hotel, but at a fraction of the cost!  This really makes it an easy choice for any future trips to the Seychelles.

What an incredible place to begin a new year.  Our stay at South Point Villas has been even better than we had hoped.  This is a truly special place.  Our comfortable, well designed and tastefully decorated villa was the perfect spot for relaxing.  The large deck overlooking the sea...just waves and fruit bats to watch in peace.  The beautiful gardens and nature all around to add to the beauty.  Then, of course, the sea - we enjoyed snorkelling all around the island, as well as exploring in the sea kayak, Isle Moyenne and the tortoises is a fun stop, as well as the sand bank in front of Round Island.  We also had a few excellent dive trips (dolphins, shakrs, turtles).  The excellent food prepared by Christine and her sister was a treasured introduction to creole cuisine (octopus curry), and Michelle's hospitality and friendliness made our stay exceptional.

Thank you so much for the time we spent here in the villa Cove.  It is a wonderful place and we felt as if we would be in paradise.  Snorkelling behind the rocks next to the boat station is unforgetable, there are many and beautiful big fishes.  The temperature of the water is great.  The view from the lands to the ile caché is unforgetable and we spent much time getting this view.  Michel and Christine helps whenever they see our English is very weak, but we had no problem understanding each other, they are very honesty people.  Thank you so much for the private feeling and relaxing we had here.  We would like to write much more about our feelings, but as I said, we have many problems with the language.  I only can say - Cove is the real paradise on earth!

(i)  the amazing view of the ocean (enjoyed a great sunrise from the comfort of the bed) which, together with the sound of the waves and the tropical birds, forms the perfect environment to relax;

(ii)  the great hospitality from Michel and Christine; they arranged everything (transport, food, delicious homemade creole cuisine) and ensured that we had an unforgetable experience.  There is much to do here including snorkelling and paddling with the kayak to nearby beaches and islands.  A true paradise highly recommended and we will make sure to return for a more extended stay.

What a wonderful place to start our lives as husband and wife!  We really sank into the island spirit with the welcoming, warm, personal and friendly service from Michel and his team.  These augmented the breathe taking setting, facilities, sea, sun, food, snorkel and swimming in tropical paradise!  We have enjoyed every minute and could not have wished for a better honeymoon, we will recommend South Point Villas to everyone.

I worked many years as a guide and saw many countries with great accommodation and realy good service, but I found neither in South Africa, Maldives, Botswana, nor in USA, Tanzania, Malaysia or other places that what you have heavenly silence, perfect nature/ok the weather god was not to friendly to us but that couldn't reduce our pleasure.  Wonderful accommodation with beautiful interiors, and not at least Michel and Christine!...and this all in once place!

There are so many beautiful places on the world I still want see that I have no time to visit the same places more than one time but South Point Villas on Cerf Island are the great exception.
